It could not have been better! I was greeted several times by your super friendly staff! Once my oil change was done, they asked me if I wanted to use my GM rewards towards the cost of the oil change, which ended up paying for all of it. I usually don’t write reviews, but I was so impressed with the staff that I couldn’t resist. GREAT JOB GLENN BUEGE!!!

I needed an oil change, tire rotation, and other checks to keep my warranty valid. Everything went well.

I set for over an hour waiting for someone to call me and tell me my car was done. Two people came in after me and left before me. I finally went to the desk and asked if something was wrong with my car. They never told them I was waiting. I think they do a great job on my car so much on making me wait and not tell anyone I was waiting.

In this busy world and stressful times, they still delivered honesty, caring and courtesy!

I expect my vehicle to be completely ready when they call and tell me it’s ready to go! It was not there was compound on areas of my car that shouldn’t have been there and they had just washed it! The windshield had over spray on it so I had to take it back to be cleaned off and there is a paint run on the door that they fixed so now I have to take my car back to have that taken care of. I’m not happy either body shop!

It was late on a Friday afternoon and I was convinced my battery was failing. I stopped in at the dealership with the hope that someone might still be there in the service dept. to help me out. Andrew Schied verified the battery in fact, failed. He went above and beyond at the end of his day to help me out by installing a new battery. His efforts saved our entire weekend including our ability to attend Church (Battle Creek) on Sunday. Thank you Andrew

Brent listened to my concerns, then when the service was complete, thoroughly went over the steps James had taken to assess things. I know intermittent issues can be hard at best to diagnose and appreciate the time they took to give me reassurance.

It was time for an oil change so I called. The phone was answered courteously and they asked when I wanted to come in. I responded with the same day at 4. No problem! I was greeted when I got there, explained another issue I was having and got that taken care of at the same time. While I waited, everyone said “hello” . Abby, who I had purchased the vehicle from chatted with me and asked how I liked it. Everything was done in a half hour. I’m sure if I’d asked for a car wash, I would’ve gotten it. Great customer service and people. Special shout out to Mike, he was great!

Julie in the office answered my call and had Deborah in service call me right back. It was almost closing time and Deborah stayed so I could bring my car in for service the next day. She quickly diagnosed the problem and the mechanics got going on the repairs. They were not finished the next day and we were leaving for a trip. We asked if we could leave the car for the weekend so they could finish and we would pick up on Monday. They could do that. So as we were packing to leave they called and said they got it finished so we could come and pick it up. They were exceptional at communicating, letting us know how much it was going to cost, and the detail of the work. The best customer service I have ever had from a dealership. The quality of customer service is the real deal! Imagine calling a business and having a real person answer, yes, I said answer the phone that's the quality of customer service that keeps me going back to Glenn Buege Chevrolet in Eaton Rapids.

I had a new tire replaced on Thursday. Once my husband brought it home, the sensor wasn’t reading. I called Friday afternoon to see if it could have been something that happened when changing the tire as the sensor wasn’t reading since the service and was new from February. Mike argued with me on the phone telling me that it was the original tire sensor with the car. After 10-15mins on the phone, he finally looked up the service record and stated that it had been changed in February at Glen Buege. He also finally stated he would look at it and find the problem. I dropped my car off and he said it would be less than an hour. Two and a half hours go by so I called. They stated it had been done and when the tire had been put on that nobody had reprogrammed the tire and none of them had been reprogrammed when I got my new tires from the month before, which is supposed to be part of the service. I also never received the call when it was completed as I was told I would. I will not be going back and neither will be husband for any vehicle service based on this experience.

Brought my truck in for a diagnostic check for a bad transmission. Everything was great except the price to fix it. I think $7000 to fix my truck is quite ridiculous. GM knows the transmissions are bad in these trucks and continues to do nothing about it to help out it's customers. I'll be going elsewhere for 1/2 that price.

This was a no pressure sale, which I appreciate.

I was able to get an appointment for the next day after I called, which was great. After a mechanic looked at my problem, the service manager laid out my options and the cost. They were able to get the part I needed that day, so my truck was fixed in time for a trip I had planned. I appreciated the courtesy car that drove me home and picked me up when my truck was done. My one issue was that no one explained the ramifications of replacing the trailer brake module on my truck. I did not realize that it reset the gain on my trailer brake system to 0. I drove quite a while pulling a heavy trailer without realizing that I effectively had no trailer brakes. After I discovered that and dialed the gain back up to a normal level, everything worked as expected.

They got my vehicle in same day, put it on the computer to get the error code and had it done by the time I got out of work.

I had a flat tire and they were able to fix it and put it back on my car while I was waiting without an appointment at the end of the day. The young man who fixed my tire stayed late. I will always recommend Glen Buege. Best place to buy and have a car serviced.

I went in for an oil change and tire rotation. I have also experienced a slow leak in one of my tires for 6-8 months. I've taken it to 3 different places and none of them have been able to find the leak so I just mentioned it in passing that if they could take a look. Glenn Buege was able to find the leak but it's in a place where it can't be repaired. Unfortunately, I have to buy 4 new tires even though the tires still have another 30,000 miles left on them. The service was great and prompt.

I recently purchased a 2025 Chevrolet Equinox EV LT AWD, and I couldn't be more pleased with my entire vehicle shopping experience. From start to finish, the process was smooth and hassle-free.
