As always everyone at Glen Buege is very friendly. I was having the service department do some work on my Acadia. The technicians always do good work in a timely manner. I always leave there happy with my experience !!!!

I appreciate their honestly when it comes to buying a new vehicle and of in need of service. I’m deaf and they were very patient. That’s why my wife and I have bought many vehicles from that dealership. I would recommend to anyone to go there. The staff do rock!

Always great service

I came in for just and oil change on my 2007 Lacross. I know it needs more work than that. I don't want to put too much more money into it as I will be looking for a new car soon. John was so kind and helpful answering my questions about some of the repairs and costs to do them. Also if the car would still be safe to drive without some of them. Since this car was purchased from Glenn Buege in 2007 I will look for my new/used car here first.

Third visit for same issue, not your fault, I guess the GM tech’s are working on the problem. ( Radio will not work quite often.)

I am grateful to have a place that takes care of my service needs and doesn't try to take advantage of me.

Oil was changed, tires were rotated as expected however, imagine my surprise when he came out with my cabin air filter and regular air filter to show me that they needed to be replaced PLUS it would be an extra $50 EACH! I told them I would replace them myself. Went online and bought both of them for $40 total. Picked them up on the way home and one you tube video later and I just saved $60. You shouldn’t be nickel and diming people when we already pay for the expensive oil change.

Unable to repair my 2025 EV due to parts unavailable. Now driving it with a horrible rattle in the front steering area. Hope it holds up til part comes on to repair. Told I could be eating til July to finish the repair. Unhappy with that. The people at your dealership were very kind to me.

The oil change and tire rotation was done relatively quickly. Staff were friendly. The cost was one of the best compared to other local dealerships. I appreciated the print out including remaining tread depth and brake pad status. I had yet to receive such a detailed report from any other Chevrolet service center.

My wife was there for 2 hours for an oil change and tire rotation and we had an appointment. From what my wife was told the tech took the paperwork to the cashier and no one told my wife her car was ready. Not really happy about that.

Had truck for a week I don't believe you have anybody in service that knows what they are doing, Picked up truck after no results didn't even make it to Lansing and codes tripped again I'm very disappointed with you folks and will not be having anymore service or sales from you again, don't appreciate it when you're service rep hangs up on me I'm done

The technician diagnosed a leak in the transmission housing. From my experience, the technician went above and beyond to determine what was causing the leak which resulted in fixing the issue for ling term. This to me demonstrated the technicians work ethic, character, and integrity.

1. The check in area was backed up for a scheduled appointment. I was 5 minutes early for my appointment and there were 2 vehicles ahead of me. Wait time was 15 minutes, which will cause further delays as the day progresses for your mechanics and customers. 2. When receiving my vehicle, I found the steering wheel covered in grease/oil. 3. When rotating tires, the tires were not adjusted for appropriate air pressure. (Front tires were too high and back tires too low)

I needed an oil change, tire rotation, and other checks to keep my warranty valid. Everything went well.

I set for over an hour waiting for someone to call me and tell me my car was done. Two people came in after me and left before me. I finally went to the desk and asked if something was wrong with my car. They never told them I was waiting. I think they do a great job on my car so much on making me wait and not tell anyone I was waiting.

In this busy world and stressful times, they still delivered honesty, caring and courtesy!

I expect my vehicle to be completely ready when they call and tell me it’s ready to go! It was not there was compound on areas of my car that shouldn’t have been there and they had just washed it! The windshield had over spray on it so I had to take it back to be cleaned off and there is a paint run on the door that they fixed so now I have to take my car back to have that taken care of. I’m not happy either body shop!

Andrew Schied verified the battery in fact, failed. He went above and beyond at the end of his day to help me out by installing a new battery. Brent listened to my concerns, then when the service was complete, thoroughly went over the steps James had taken to assess things. I know intermittent issues can be hard at best to diagnose and appreciate the time they took to give me reassurance.

It was time for an oil change so I called. The phone was answered courteously and they asked when I wanted to come in. I responded with the same day at 4. No problem! I was greeted when I got there, explained another issue I was having and got that taken care of at the same time. While I waited, everyone said “hello” . Abby, who I had purchased the vehicle from chatted with me and asked how I liked it. Everything was done in a half hour. I’m sure if I’d asked for a car wash, I would’ve gotten it. Great customer service and people. Special shout out to Mike, he was great!

Julie in the office answered my call and had Deborah in service call me right back. It was almost closing time and Deborah stayed so I could bring my car in for service the next day. She quickly diagnosed the problem and the mechanics got going on the repairs. They were not finished the next day and we were leaving for a trip. We asked if we could leave the car for the weekend so they could finish and we would pick up on Monday. They could do that. So as we were packing to leave they called and said they got it finished so we could come and pick it up. They were exceptional at communicating, letting us know how much it was going to cost, and the detail of the work. The best customer service I have ever had from a dealership.
